Whenever you break the terms, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated, with or without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without reason, with or without notice, in our sole discretion based on the merit of the individual case. In any case we will decide about your account balance, refunds etc in our sole discretion.
Buying
When you purchase a product at Zinally, you are purchasing the license to use that product and you are not purchasing the product itself. The ownership of the product remains with the author (in this case Zinally). You also consent to download the purchased products immediately and not resell, share or distribute such products, free or paid.

You should not use Zinally website, products, services etc for anything considered as illegal by law.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change the pricing of the products, services etc that are available on Zinally at any time without notice. The prices listed along with the products is the listing price and we may also add additional fees such as Handling fees, VAT, any tax etc along with the listing price of the products as deemed necessary.

We may handle your information as per our Privacy Policy which is a part of these terms.
Notifications
When you use our website, register on the website, input your email id without registering etc you consent to receive emails including but not limited to website updates, product launches, product updates, offers etc. If you don’t want to receive such emails you can unsubscribe from the email notifications using the unsubscribe link mostly available at the bottom of such emails wherever applicable.
